Discount tickets to craft beer event on sale through Friday


FENTON — There’s still time to grab your discounted ticket to the fourth annual Bottles, Brews & News now through 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23.

View Newspaper Group’s craft beer and wine fest is set for 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 in downtown Fenton’s Rackham Park and will feature nearly 100 craft beers, wines, ciders and hard seltzers to sample, including those from Fenton Winery & Brewery.

Tickets today through 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 are $30 each and include a souvenir glass and five tasting tickets. After 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 tickets are $40 and available only at the gate. The event is for those 21 and older only.

The event also features snacks, games and live music by Mark Warner and crowd favorite Crash.

The event is held under large tents in the park and guests are able to use indoor bathrooms in the Fenton Community & Cultural Center.

Bottles, Brews & News benefits Fenton Area Resources & Referral Network, Inc. (FARR), a vital nonprofit in the Fenton area that provides assistance to individuals and families in crisis by assessing their basic needs (food, shelter, health) and identifying immediate and long term objectives. The event has raised more than $16,000 in just three years for the nonprofit.
